Ethics and Core Values
Every individual and institution has a set of values and corresponding ethics dictating how they make decisions and determine their course of action. This module reviews the complexities of ethical dilemmas and gives guidance in making the best moral choices and embracing positive habits.
Leadership in the 21st Century
Most people recognize leadership as a concept of organizational direction or guidance that is primarily a top-down, insular structure. It usually requires that the majority resigns its power over to a few power brokers and bosses. That’s the “old school” way. Leadership in the 21st Century is a new paradigm measured by inclusion and broad interaction in community and organizational building. This module advances the framework for teaching leadership skills to children and to parents.
